Return/Exchange Policy

30 days exchange only on purchases from Griffin outlet stores (Tanger Outlet Mall).
All other locations 7 days refund or 30 days exchange on all merchandise with original receipt and in original condition.
Cash refunds over $200 or debit refunds over $1000 will be refunded by cheque.
No refund or exchange on merchandise that is worn or scratched.
Items where additional discounts were negotiated, are final sale.
No refund or exchange on layaways, all special orders, family rings, custom made items, special order wedding bands and watches that are altered.

Merchandise can be returned/exchanged in store or via insured post or courier to Head Office. The product must be received in its original condition with original receipt (unworn, unaltered, has not been sized).
7 days refund or 30 days exchange from the date you receive.
The return package must include all original packaging including Diamond Ring Certificates, Warranties and Guarantees.
Online purchase send to Head Office for exchange/refund can only be approved after receiving and inspecting the merchandise.
Returns with no original package or product damaged will not be authorized.
The shipping charge is non-refundable and customer must pay return shipping using a trackable shipping method.

All our women's rings come in standard sizes between 7 to 7 1/2 and can be sized up or down by 2 ring sizes with additional charges (depends on ring selection). Please refer to Repairs Guideline & Price List.
All our men's rings come in standard size 10 and can be sized up or down by 2 ring sizes with additional charges (depends on ring selection). Please refer to Repairs Guideline & Price List.
With a purchase of an EPP the ring can be sized once a year at no charge.
If a ring has been sized, the merchandise is no longer acceptable for exchange or return.
