Return/Exchange Policy

Please be informed that due to province-wide lockdown all Griffin Jewellery Designs stores are closed and expected to reopen end of January.

  • Orillia, Sarnia, Thunder Bay, North Bay, St. Catherine, Windsor, Sudbury, Ottawa, Bellville, Lindsay, Barrie, Cookstown, Georgetown, and Burlington

  • All repairs and layaways are safely vaulted and will be available after we reopen.

  • Please note all layaways, warranty inspections, exchange and return will be honoured first week when stores reopen.


For in-store purchase:

  • Merchandise can be returned/exchanged in its original condition with original receipt within 7 days for return or exchange.

For online purchase:

  • Merchandise can be returned/exchanged in store or via insured post or courier to Head Office. The product must be received in its original condition with original receipt up to 10 days from the day of purchase (unworn, unaltered, has not been sized). Exchange/refund can only be made after receiving and inspecting the merchandise.

Please be aware:

  • All our women's rings come in standard sizes between 7 to 7 1/2 and can be sized up or down by 2 ring sizes with additional charges (depends on ring selection). Please refer to Repairs Guideline & Price List.
  • All our men's rings come in standard size 10 and can be sized up or down by 2 ring sizes with additional charges (depends on ring selection). Please refer to Repairs Guideline & Price List.
  • With EPP ring can sized once a year. 
  • If a ring has been sized, the merchandise is no longer acceptable for exchange or return. 

Please inform us before you ship!

  • Please call Griffin Head Office Location 905-882-0004 OR complete the form on Contact Us page informing that you would like to return the product.
  • The return package must include all original packaging including Diamond Ring Certificates, Warranties and Guarantees.
  • Returns with no original package or product damaged will not be authorized.
  • The shipping charge is non-refundable and customer must pay return shipping using a trackable shipping method.

Simple Exchange:

Your jewellery may be exchanged toward any other item equivalent value or greater at anytime up to 7 days (in-store) and 10 days (online) from the date of purchase. Jewellery must be in its original condition with original receipt. 

Before your replacement order can be shipped from us, the original merchandise must be returned, received and validated at our Head Office.
